Daniela A. Brügger

Daniela A. Brügger joined schilling partners ag as Director in 2020. She has more than 15 years of management and strategy consulting experience at C-level and board level. Her professional experience combined with her in-dept expertise form the foundation for the successful delivery of demanding executive search mandates at the highest level.

During her time as strategy consultant she gained valuable insight into a wide range of companies in both the private and public sectors. She is therefore familiar with the challenges and trends in the various industries and has a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. When evaluating candidates, she draws on 15 years of experience as professional assessor. These skills form the foundation for providing her clients with competent and comprehensive advice on filling key positions at the top level. Her extensive professional experience, as well as her well-established network and her understanding of strategic issues make her a sought-after sparring partner for decision-makers at top management and board level.

Prior to joining schilling partners ag, Daniela A. Brügger focused on venture capital. She has therefore excellent connections to the Swiss start-up scene. Previously, she was Head M&A of a listed Swiss company and successfully managed large M&A transactions. She began her professional career at a leading global management consultancy, advising clients on strategy, growth initiatives and digital transformation.

Daniela A. Brügger holds an MA in economics and business administration from the University of St. Gallen, lic. oec. HSG, with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling. She is a Certified Negotiator® specialised in difficult corporate negotiations and a start-up mentor at F10 FinTech Incubator & Accelerator.

Besides her native German, Daniela A. Brügger is also proficient in business English.

When not working, she is passionate about spending time with her husband and two children and enjoys practicing yoga, hiking and getting to know new countries and cultures.
