Luca Ehrismann

Luca Ehrismann works as Project Manager in the schilling partners ag team. He started in 2023 as Research Associate and was promoted to Project Manager after a short time. As Project Manager, he is responsible for the project management of executive search mandates, including research and candidate evaluation, in close cooperation with the Partner responsible for the Industrial und Energy, Malte Müller.

Luca Ehrismann first completed his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and subsequently obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration. He has already gained professional experience in two Swiss industrial companies and in an international personnel consulting firm. Before joining schilling partners ag, Luca Ehrismann worked as a Key Account Manager for a recruiting company and was responsible for customer care as well as the development of the Swiss contracting market. He started as a Research Associate in 2023 and was promoted to Project Manager after a short time.

Besides his mother tongue German, he speaks fluent English.

In his free time, he is passionate about sports and is constantly improving his Spanish skills. Besides work, he also enjoys volunteering.
