Guido Schilling is the founder of schillingpartners. More than 30 years ago, he started with the structured, systematic filling of executive positions and developed into one of the leading executive search consultants in Switzerland. With his team, he focuses on filling selected top positions and compiling and advising boards of directors.

The schillingreport has been collecting data on the composition of the executive boards and boards of directors of the approximately 100 largest Swiss employers since 2006. The analyses show how these bodies have developed over the years, with a special focus on gender diversity and the proportion of foreigners on the executive floors.
