Luca Ehrismann

Luca Ehrismann has been working as a Research Associate in the research team of schilling partners ag since 2023. His area of responsibility includes researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and target-oriented analysis of the current market situation in cooperation with the responsible Partner in Industrial und Energy, Malte Müller.

After successfully graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Luca Ehrismann is currently completing his Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has already gained professional experience in two Swiss industrial companies and in an international personnel consulting firm. Before joining schilling partners ag, Luca Ehrismann worked as a Key Account Manager for a recruiting company and was responsible for customer care as well as the development of the Swiss contracting market.

Besides his mother tongue German, he speaks fluent English.

In his free time, he is passionate about sports and is constantly improving his Spanish skills. Besides work, he also enjoys volunteering.
