Dominik Bianchi

Dominik Bianchi has been working in the Research Team of schilling partners ag since 2026. As Research Associate, his responsibilities include researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and goal-oriented analysis of the current market situation.

Dominik Bianchi is currently pursuing a degree to become a vocational school teacher at the upper secondary level. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in St. Gallen, supplemented by study abroad programs in Brazil and South Korea, he also completed a master’s degree in Business Innovation and in CEMS International Management. Professionally, he gained his first experience in banking and as a project manager. This was followed by roles in international executive search consulting in Zurich, São Paulo, and Budapest, with a focus on research and analysis tasks. He subsequently worked in sales and business development in Berlin and as an Account Executive in Zurich.

In addition to his mother tongue German, he speaks fluent English.

In his free time Dominik likes to play soccer, hang out with friends, or tinker with his watches.
