Adrian Schmidhauser

Adrian Schmidhauserhas been a Project Manager in the schilling partners ag team since 2025. As Project Manager he is responsible for the search and selection process including research and candidate evaluation in close cooperation with the client manager in the industry and energy sector, Malte Müller.

Adrian Schmidhauser completed his bachelor’s degree in business psychology at the University of applied science in lucerne. During his studies he worked for a renowned international recruitment consulting firm and a local boutique in the area of professional search. Adrian Schmidhauser started as an Associate at schilling partners ag in 2022 and was soon promoted to Junior Project Consultant and finally to Project Manager.

Besides his mother tongue German, he speaks fluent English.

In his freetime is he very active in sports. In addition to that, rumour has it that he is the organizer of the best home partys in Zürich.
