Adrian Schmidhauser

Adrian Schmidhauser has been working as a Research Associate in the research team of schilling partners ag since 2022. His area of responsibility includes researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and target-oriented analysis of the current market situation in cooperation with the responsible Partner in Industrial und Energy, Malte Müller.

Adrian Schmidhauser is completing his bachelor’s degree in business psychology at the University of applied science in lucerne. He gained his first professional experience in clinical psychology before successfully completing his Matura. Parallel to his studies, he expanded his practical knowledge in well-known international recruitment companies, where he was responsible for the development of the new market sector IT Sales in Switzerland. He worked together with candidates on the level young professional to middle management, before he joined Executive Search.

Besides his mother tongue German, he speaks fluent English.

In his freetime is he very active in sports. In addition to that, rumor has it that he is the organizer of the best home partys in Zürich.
