Adrian Schmidhauser

Adrian Schmidhauser has been part of the team at schilling partners ag since 2022 and is responsible for the Technology & Digital practice. He has progressed through the firm’s entire internal career path – from Research to Project Management and ultimately to Senior Consultant. He has been active in technology recruitment since 2018. As a Senior Consultant, Adrian manages executive search mandates and oversees the entire recruitment process, from project management and research to candidate assessment and support.

Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).

In addition to his mother tongue German, Adrian is fluent in English and has a good command of French.

Outside of work, he enjoys taking on sporting challenges to maintain a healthy balance.
