Lucius Arn

Lucius Arn has been part of the schilling partners ag team since 2025. He is responsible for researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and goal-oriented analysis of the current market situation.

Lucius Arn is currently completing his Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Zurich. Previously, he completed two Bachelor’s programmes: Business Administration at the ZHAW and Economics at the University of Bern. He gained professional and academic experience through research on politically relevant topics as well as the design and management of marketing and social media campaigns. Additionally, he has in-depth knowledge of economic analysis, strategic communication and structured data management.

In addition to his mother tongues German, he speaks fluently English and has a good knowledge of French.

In his free time, he is passionate about cooking— especially for larger groups of friends, for whom he enjoys hosting social gatherings. He also plays floorball recreationally and is an enthusiastic attendee of concerts and theatre performance.
