Caroline Büel

Caroline Büel has been working as a Project Consultant at guido schilling ag since 2026. As a Project Consultant, she is responsible for managing executive search mandates, including coordinating the search process, conducting research and supporting candidate assessment. She works closely with the partners throughout the search process and supports them in delivering executive search assignments for top management and board-level positions.

Caroline Büel has more than ten years of experience in coaching, potential assessment, communication and people development. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, specializing in People & Organization Management from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In various roles within the education sector, she supported students, teachers and staff through development and change processes, conducted structured assessments and developed well-founded decision-making frameworks for a wide range of stakeholders. In addition, she gained extensive experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication and fostering resilience, personal responsibility and individual development. These experiences provide a strong foundation for her role as Project Manager at guido schilling ag.

In addition to her native language, German, Caroline Büel is fluent in English, has a good command of French and a basic knowledge of Spanish.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors. She is passionate about travelling, discovering new cultures and taking every opportunity to pursue her passion for kitesurfing. She also holds a Private Pilot License and enjoys exploring the world from above. During the winter months, she can often be found on the ski slopes.
