Carol Tschumper

Carol Tschumper works as Head of Administration at guido schilling ag since 2026. She leads the administrative team and supports the managing partners in all organizational, coordination, and diverse administrative matters.

Following her vocational training, Carol Tschumper completed further training to become a personnel assistant and an HR specialist with a federal certificate. She joined guido schilling ag in 2011 and progressed from administrative assistant to personal assistant to Guido Schilling. After working as an executive assistant in an international consulting environment, where she supported various executives at the top management level, Carol Tschumper returned to guido schilling ag with a wealth of expanded experience. In her current role as Head of Administration, she applies her many years of experience in executive assistance in a targeted and beneficial manner.

In addition to her mother tongue German, she is fluent in English.

In her free time, Carol Tschumper enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends. Her great passion is horseback riding.
