In the future, schillingpartners will be managed by its longstanding partners. Guido Schilling will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board of Directors and will focus on non-executive and selected top executive management positions. Malte Müller, who has been with the company for 10 years and heads the Industry/Energy Practice, will take over as Managing Partner. Like Malte, the other partners also focus on specific industries, in which they apply their expertise for their clients.

In 2019, Guido Schilling started the succession planning process with the partners to sustainably position the company for the future.
