Eleonora Ponti

Eleonora Ponti has been working as a research analyst in the research team at schilling partners ag since 2025. She is responsible for researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and goal-oriented analysis of the current market situation.

Eleonora Ponti first completed a Bachelor’s degree in media studies and sociology at the University of Basel, then went on to earn a Master’s degree in sociology at the University of Berne, spending a semester abroad at the University of Manoa in Hawaii. During her studies, Eleonora Ponti gained valuable work experience as a service portfolio manager at the authority.

Eleonora Ponti grew up bilingual. German and Italian are her mother tongues. She also has a good knowledge of English and French.

In her free time, she enjoys discovering new places and restaurants, as well as reading and traveling.
