Tina Beckers

Tina Beckers started in 2019 at schilling partners and took over responsibility for the project management of executive search mandates as project manager, especially for Malte Müller, Partner Industry & Energy, and Guido Schilling.

Since 2022, she has been part of the consulting team as a Director and works on mandates with a focus on transport & mobility, energy and industry. Her clients benefit from her many years of executive search expertise and her experience in facilitating recruitment processes with a wide range of stakeholders, on issues of organisational development/HR and work-life balance. Previously, Tina Beckers worked for a renowned executive search company in Germany for over 10 years, where she focused on filling executive positions in the energy industry as well as in infrastructure and mobility/transport companies. She developed from Research Consultant to Principal.

Tina Beckers studied in the USA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Besides her native language German, Tina Beckers is also business fluent in English.

She likes to spend her free time in the fresh air doing sports such as tennis, horse riding and cycling, or in the mountains with her husband and two sons. To compensate, she is passionate about baking and cooking.
