Stéphanie Barili

Stéphanie Barili started as a partner at schilling partners ag in 2024 and is responsible for the wealth management and private banking sector. Her longstanding career in wealth planning and sales as well as her large industry network and strong understanding of the sector make her a valuable partner for clients and candidates.

Before joining schilling partners ag, Stéphanie Barili was the Sales Director for a European high net worth wealth planning insurance product and Team Leader Institutional Sales Management at one of the largest life insurance companies in Switzerland. She led the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, sales activities and the expansion of the product offering to 11 countries across Europe. Prior to that, she was a member of senior management at two leading Swiss banks and lived for three years in Dubai, where she was the responsible wealth planner for the Middle East.

Stéphanie Barili graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Services and Communications Management.

In addition to her native German, Stéphanie Barili speaks English, Portuguese, French and Spanish at a business fluent level and conversational Italian.

Stéphanie Barili enjoys her free time hiking in the mountains, socializing with friends or travelling the world with her partner, passionately capturing her impressions with her camera.
