Silvia Coiro

Silvia Coiro she has worked for guido schilling ag since 2005. In 2006 she moved from the research team to the project management and has been promoted within three years to the Head of Project Management. Through her extensive experience and her profound knowledge side by side with Guido Schilling, Silvia Coiro has been appointed from the Head of Project Management to the Director Operations. In this position, she takes over the management of the assistance, the research team and the project consultants and supports Guido Schilling in handling demanding search mandates at the top level. In addition, as «Head Diversity», she ensures all diversity aspects in all current searches and thus a corresponding mix of the shortlist.

She studied economics with a special focus on management and human resources at the University in St. Gallen.

Silvia Coiro is bilingual: Her mother tongues are German and Italian. She also speaks English and French well.

Silvia Coiro maintains a particularly close relationship to Italy because of her Italian origin. She likes spending her free time with friends and family. However, the nicest parts of her life are all of books, art and literature.
