Silvia Coiro

Silvia Coiro she has worked for guido schilling ag since 2005. Thanks to her many years of experience and in-depth expertise in executive search alongside Guido Schilling, Silvia Coiro was appointed Partner in 2021. She looks after clients in the real estate & construction, public administration and education sectors and supports Guido Schilling in handling demanding search mandates at Board of Directors and Executive Board level. As Head Diversity, she also ensures all diversity aspects in all ongoing searches and thus an appropriate mix of shortlists.

Silvia Coiro graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a degree in economics, specialising in leadership and HR management.

Silvia Coiro grew up bilingual: in addition to German, Italian is one of her mother tongues. She also has a good command of English and French.

Silvia Coiro has a particularly close relationship with Italy due to her Italian roots. She appreciates having her family and friends around her in her free time. She also enjoys books, art and literature.
