Nela Klapez

Nela Klapez has been working in the Research Team of schilling partners ag since 2022. Her responsibilities include researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and goal-oriented analysis of the current market situation.

Nela Klapez completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology with a focus on work and organisational psychology at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. After her commercial training, she worked as a clerk at a Swiss insurance company. There she was able to expand her professional know-how parallel to her studies.

In addition to her mother tongues German and Croatian, Nela Klapez has good language skills in English and Spanish.

Nela Klapez is active in sports and loves to spend her free time travelling or discovering unknown cooking and baking recipes. She finds relaxation in reading captivating books.
