My-Linh Nguyen Balmelli

My-Linh Balmelli has been working in the team of guido schilling ag since 2016. As a Senior Project Consultant, she assumes responsibility for parts of the search process and candidate evaluation as well as the administrative management of executive search mandates. She supports Silvia Coiro in the search process at the top management level and works very closely with her in dedicated projects.

My-Linh Balmelli obtained her Licentiate in Science of journalism and media research at the University of Zurich, in parallel she gained first professional experiences. Following her studies, she became a project manager at a renowned Swiss media research company and was responsible for the delivery of different projects to clients. In this position, she has been responsible for the customised analysis, the customer care as well as for the conception of IT projects. After 3 years, she became a team leader of a ten-member team. Most recently, she worked part-time as a project manager.

Apart from being a native German and Vietnamese speaker, My-Linh Balmelli is fluent in English and French as well as in Italian.

In her spare time she likes to go on trips with her family, relax while reading an enthralling book or cooking a delicious menu for her beloved ones. In addition she is a passionate photographer and she loves to travel.
