Lucia Estévez

Lucia Estévez has been working as a Senior Project Consultant at guido schilling ag since 2012. She assumes responsibility for parts of the search process and candidate evaluation as well as the administrative management of executive search mandates. She supports Guido Schilling in the search process at the top management level and works very closely with him in dedicated projects.

She studied Economics at the University of Zurich majoring in Management & Economics. Lucia Estévez had previously worked at guido schilling ag from 2004 to 2010, after completing her studies. She rose from research analyst to senior project consultant and gained extensive executive search experience. In early 2011, she took a job in personnel marketing at a major international consulting firm. In May 2012, she returned to guido schilling ag to apply her broad experience in executive search and personnel marketing as senior project consultant.

Lucia Estévez grew up bilingual. German and Spanish are her mother tongues. She has very good knowledge of English and Italian and speaks good French as well.

In her spare time, Lucia Estévez enjoys cultural activities and likes to travel.
