Julia Senser

Julia Senser started as a partner at schilling partners ag in 2024 and is responsible for the insurance sector. Previously she worked for a leading strategy consulting company in Zürich where she advised insurance and reinsurance clients primarily on topics around strategy, innovation, and corporate organization.

Julia has more than ten years of experience in the insurance sector and has built a broad industry network in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany. Her in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry makes her a valuable sparring partner for her clients. During her time in strategy consulting, she gained extensive experience in hiring, coaching and career development. Before joining schilling partners ag, Julia built her own e-commerce company, that thrived thanks to her strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Julia completed her studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance.

In addition to her native German, Julia Senser speaks English, French, and basic Spanish.

Julia enjoys spending her free time with her children, her friends and at the lake.
