Gilgian Eisner has been a Partner with schilling partners ag since 2014. His many years of experience in key functions in the Life Sciences industry are instrumental in his interaction with his demanding clients as well as in the evaluation of suitable candidates for their executive positions. Apart from searches at the highest level he also undertakes the further expansion of the Life Sciences practice.

Before joining schilling partners ag, Gilgian Eisner was Head of Investor & Media Relations at an international services and trading company as well as at a global leading medical device company. Gilgian Eisner brings over 12 years of work experience in the Life Sciences industry in various functions. Thanks to his interaction with the media, analysts and investors, the advisory work for key executives as well as his many years of experience in marketing he recognizes the specific trends of the Life Sciences industry and has an extensive network across the sector.
In his product management position, together with his team, he identified market trends and business opportunities and was responsible for the conception as well as development of new products. As industry expert with in-depth technical product knowledge coupled with vast experience he is able to predict market trends and to advise his clients in recruiting top-level key executives in a competent and comprehensive manner.

Gilgian Eisner has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from University of Basel with a focus on Corporate Finance, Organization & Leadership as well as Health Economics.

Besides his native German language, Gilgian Eisner is also proficient in English, and possesses very good command of French and Spanish.

Gilgian Eisner is married and has two daughters. In his spare time he is out and about with his family or meets up with friends and relatives – furthermore he is a passionate golfer.
