Germaine Siegfried

Germaine Siegfried is a Partner with schilling partners ag since 2018. She has more than 20 years of management experience in national as well as in international industrial, technology and consulting companies. Her in-depth expertise and her years of experience in executive search are valuable in her dialogue with customers, potential candidates as well as during the delivery of demanding search operations at the highest level.

While consulting her customers, in the definition and implementation of search strategies in the technology sector, Germaine Siegfried contributes all her knowledge about the current market situation and her know-how in executive search she gained since 2010. Thanks to her extensive experience in leadership positions in the past and her understanding for various strategic issues, she is a demanded sparring partner for the heads of the company management and the board of administration.

Germaine Siegfried gained her broad knowledge of the industry sector in a Scandinavian business consultancy for international industry companies, where she oversaw their strategy development plus she supervised the leadership, innovation and transformation program. Before that, she worked in different strategical and operational leadership positions at an international technology company for eight years. It was there, after she launched a career in business process reengineering and IT, that she was responsible for an initiative for promoting the international competitiveness of Switzerland’s information and communication technology. In this role, she established ties between the technology and industry sectors – two sectors that she specializes in to date.

Germaine Siegfried has a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Bern.

Besides her native language German, she is fluent in English and also speaks French and Norwegian very well.

She enjoys to spend her spare time in the nature, biking or hiking with her partner. Besides that, she is also interested in culture, art and ethics, furthermore, she loves to travel to foreign countries.
