Doruntina Mrlaku

Doruntina Mrlaku has been working in the Research Team of schilling partners ag since 2023. Her responsibilities include researching potential candidates as well as the systematic and goal-oriented analysis of the current market situation.

Doruntina Mrlaku successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Management at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. Before joining schilling partners ag, she worked as a scientific project assistant in a consulting company. There she used scientifically based tools and methods to gain insights into the megatrends shaping the future of work, such as new hiring. She made these insights available to her colleagues and their clients, thus shaping their future companies. 

Besides her mother tongue German and Albanian, Doruntina Mrlaku is fluent in English and has a good command of French.

In her free time, Doruntina is passionate about tennis, finds peace in reading in nature and particularly enjoys the culinary diversity of different cultures.
